Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

At Yatharth Tour & Travels, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local service partners (hotels, transporters, and guides) who commit their resources in advance.

Standard Cancellation Schedule

• 30 days or more before travel: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the travel date will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
• 15 to 29 days before travel: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date.

Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is approved, the refund process is initiated:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or via bank transfer as agreed during the cancellation process.

Special Considerations

Acts of God & External Factors: Yatharth Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, fire, breakdown in machinery, weather conditions, or any other causes beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel wherever possible, subject to our partners' policies.

Booking Modifications

Changes to travel dates or destinations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the time of the request and the peak season demand.
